# Ruyi Group: Net profit loss of 95.7257 million yuan in the first half of 2025

Ruyi Group announced that its operating revenue in the first half of 2025 was 154 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 32.25%. The net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 95.7257 million yuan, compared to a net loss of 46.6952 million yuan in the same period last year. The company plans not to distribute cash dividends, not to issue bonus shares, and not to increase capital through reserves
