# BEIJING AIRPORT: Li Yongbing elected as the executive director of the ninth board of directors

According to the announcement from Beijing Capital International Airport Co., Ltd. (00694), at the extraordinary general meeting, Mr. Li Yongbing was elected as an executive director of the ninth board of directors, while Mr. Xue Rongguo and Mr. Shen Lancheng were elected as non-executive directors of the ninth board of directors. The terms of the aforementioned directors will take effect after the conclusion of the extraordinary general meeting and will last until the term of the ninth board of directors expires.

Effective from August 28, 2025, due to reaching retirement age, (i) Mr. Han Zhiliang has resigned as an executive director; (ii) Mr. Wang Changyi has resigned as a non-executive director; and (iii) Mr. Jia Jianqing has resigned as a non-executive director.

Following the aforementioned resignations, on the same day, (i) Mr. Han will no longer serve as a member of the board nomination committee and the board's strategic and sustainable development (ESG) committee; (ii) Mr. Wang will no longer serve as a member of the nomination committee and the chairman of the strategic and sustainable development (ESG) committee; and (iii) Mr. Jia will no longer serve as a member of the board's remuneration and assessment committee.

At the ninth board meeting held on August 28, 2025, the board resolved the following matters, effective from the same day: (i) Mr. Song Kun and Mr. Li Yongbing were appointed as members of the strategic and sustainable development (ESG) committee, with Mr. Song Kun appointed as the chairman of the strategic and sustainable development (ESG) committee; (ii) Mr. Song Kun and Mr. Li Yongbing were appointed as members of the nomination committee; (iii) Mr. Shen Lancheng was appointed as a member of the remuneration and assessment committee
