# SHM: The subsidiary is expected to pay mining rights transfer income of 52.1937 million yuan

On the evening of August 29, Sichuan Shuangma announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shuangma Yibin obtained the exploration rights for the limestone mine in the Bijia Mountain mining area of Gongxian County, Yibin City, Sichuan Province in July 2003, and completed the "exploration to mining" transition to obtain the mining license for the Bijia Mountain limestone mine in November 2006. According to relevant regulations, Shuangma Yibin is expected to pay a mining rights transfer revenue of 52.1937 million yuan. Shuangma Yibin will bear the cost of this mining rights transfer revenue, which is expected to reduce the company's operating profit by 52.1937 million yuan this year
