# GLORY SUN LAND announced its interim results, with a loss attributable to shareholders of approximately HKD 167 million, narrowing by 86.22% year-on-year

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GLORY SUN LAND (00299) announced its interim results for 2025, with a revenue of HKD 57.377 million, a year-on-year decrease of 87.39%; the loss attributable to shareholders was approximately HKD 167 million, a year-on-year narrowing of 86.22%; the loss per share was HKD 0.15328.

The announcement stated that the significant decrease in revenue was mainly due to the prolonged downturn in the Chinese real estate market. The net loss was primarily due to inventory write-downs, resulting in a gross loss of approximately HKD 7.169 million, a decrease of about HKD 107.6 million compared to the same period last year, as well as a fair value loss of approximately HKD 56.413 million on the group's investment properties during the period, and an impairment loss of approximately HKD 65.392 million on prepayments for a land redevelopment project specifically recognized for demolition works during the period
