# China Wood International released its interim results, with a loss attributable to shareholders of HKD 929,000, a year-on-year decrease of 60.65%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, China Wood International (01822) announced its interim results for the six months ending June 30, 2025. The group achieved revenue of HKD 144 million, a year-on-year decrease of 15.56%; the loss attributable to owners of the company was HKD 929,000, a year-on-year decrease of 60.65%; basic loss per share was HKD 0.13.

The announcement stated that the decrease in revenue was mainly due to the turnover of timber-related businesses dropping from approximately HKD 170 million for the six months ending June 30, 2024, to approximately HKD 133 million during the reporting period
