# NEPG: Chief Financial Officer Zhou Yana resigns due to health reasons

Recently, the board of directors of Northeast Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. received a written resignation letter from Chief Financial Officer Zhou Yana, who has applied for resignation due to personal health reasons. The resignation will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board and will not affect the normal operation of the company. The board will appoint a new Chief Financial Officer as soon as possible, and in the meantime, the duties will be performed by Director and General Manager Cai Yonggang. As of the announcement date, Zhou Yana holds 120,000 shares of the company, and the subsequent share management will be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations
