# 盛業擬折讓約 5.08% 配股 最多淨籌約 5.93 億港元

智通財經 APP 訊，盛業 (06069) 公佈，於 2025 年 9 月 3 日 (交易時段前)，該公司與配售代理訂立配售協定，據此公司已委任配售代理按盡力而為基準促使不少於 6 名承配人按每股配售股份 10.66 港元的價格認購最多 5628.6 萬股配售股份。配售價較聯交所於 2025 年 9 月 2 日 (即最後交易日期) 所報每股股份收市價 11.23 港元折讓約 5.08%。

假設根據配售協定配售最高數目配售股份，配售所得款項總額將約為 6 億港元，淨籌約 5.93 億港元，擬用於 AI Agent 等創新技術研發，國際化擴張及戰略投資及其他一般營運資金用途。
