# XFH shareholder Zhong Yinghao plans to reduce holdings by no more than 2% of shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, XFH (300890.SZ) announced that the company's shareholder Ms. Zhong Yinghao holds 5.9515 million shares of the company (accounting for 4.99% of the company's current total share capital) and plans to reduce her holdings by no more than 2.3806 million shares (not exceeding 2% of the company's current total share capital). The reduction will be conducted through centralized bidding and block trading. The reduction period will be: for reductions through centralized bidding and block trading, it will take place within three months after 15 trading days from the date of announcement (from September 24, 2025, to December 23, 2025)
