# BEST MART 360 appoints Lu Rong as chairman of the board

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, BEST MART 360 (02360) announced that Mr. Li Guanpeng has resigned from his positions as executive director, chairman, authorized representative, and chairman of the nomination committee due to a job transfer, effective immediately following the date of the special shareholders' meeting.

The appointment of Mr. Sun Liang as executive director and Mr. Lu Rong as chairman of the board has been approved at the special shareholders' meeting and will take effect immediately following the date of the special shareholders' meeting
