# Guangdong ANJUBAO's subsidiary completes industrial and commercial changes, entering the catering industry

Recently, Guangdong Anjubao Digital Technology Co., Ltd.'s wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong Anjubao Yanmo E-commerce Co., Ltd., completed the registration of industrial and commercial changes and the filing of articles of association. The specific changes include: the name changed to Guangdong Anjubao Smart Beverage Co., Ltd.; the main project category changed from wholesale to catering; the business term adjusted from December 18, 2014, to December 15, 2034, to December 18, 2014, for the long term, while allowing the filing of articles of association. The business scope has added small catering, catering services, and other content based on the original. The company and the board of directors guarantee that the information disclosure is true, accurate, and complete. The announcement date is September 4, 2025
