# Guilin Sanjin provides an additional guarantee of 20 million yuan for its subsidiary Baochuan Biotechnology

Guilin Sanjin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. announced that it recently provided a joint liability guarantee for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Baochuan Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd., for a credit limit of 20 million yuan from Xiamen International Bank Shanghai Branch, with a guarantee period from August 12, 2025, to August 12, 2028. The company has approved a proposal in April and May 2025 to provide an additional guarantee limit of no more than 270 million yuan for Baochuan Biomedical and others, and this guarantee is within the expected limit. The guarantee balance for Baochuan Biomedical before the guarantee was 75.7 million yuan, which increased to 95.7 million yuan after the guarantee, leaving a remaining available limit of 20 million yuan. As of the announcement date, the actual guarantee balance of the company and its holding subsidiaries is 300.6 million yuan, accounting for 9.99% of the most recent audited net assets
