# TUS-PHARMA plans to change its name to "GuHan Health Industry Group Co., Ltd."

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TUS-PHARMA (000590.SZ) announced that the company's board of directors has agreed to change the company's name to "GuHan Health Industry Group Co., Ltd." and simultaneously revise the relevant provisions of the Articles of Association. After the name change is completed, the company will apply to change its stock abbreviation in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, while the company's stock code will remain unchanged
