# COMIX GROUP plans to launch an employee stock ownership plan in 2025, with a total fundraising amount not exceeding 34.56 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, COMIX GROUP (002301.SZ) has disclosed the draft of its 2025 employee stock ownership plan, which aims to raise a total of no more than 34.56 million yuan. The source of the stock will be shares repurchased by the company in a dedicated repurchase account. This time, it plans to use 9.6 million shares from the repurchased shares, accounting for 1.33% of the company's current total share capital, with the transfer price of the repurchased shares set at 3.60 yuan per share. The total number of employees participating in this employee stock ownership plan will not exceed 180.

The duration of this employee stock ownership plan is 30 months, calculated from the date the draft of the employee stock ownership plan is approved by the company's shareholders' meeting and the company announces the transfer of the target stock to the employee stock ownership plan
