According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Huawu Co., Ltd. (300095.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder Mr. Nie Jinghua and his concerted party Ms. Nie Lulu plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 11.8328 million shares (accounting for no more than 3% of the company's total share capital after excluding shares in the repurchase special account) within three months after the fifteenth trading day from the date of the announcement
