# Orient Landscape plans to invest in the establishment of a limited partnership to promote the orderly development of its main business

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Orient Landscape (002310.SZ) has announced that in order to further stabilize the company's development trend, enhance resource integration and allocation efficiency, optimize business layout, and continuously promote the orderly development of its main business, the company has jointly established the Orient New Energy (Beijing) Enterprise Management Center (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "New Energy Management Center") with its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiusheng Taorui (Beijing) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiusheng Taorui"). The company has contributed 999.99 million yuan in its own funds, while Jiusheng Taorui has contributed 100,000 yuan and will serve as the executive partner
