# JSST: Smart Transportation plans to reduce its holdings by 3.00%

JSST announced that its shareholder Shenzhen Special Zone Jianfa Intelligent Transportation Investment Partnership, holding more than 5% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings through centralized bidding from October 11, 2025, to January 10, 2026, by no more than 6.3979 million shares and through block trading by no more than 12.7958 million shares, totaling no more than 19.1937 million shares, accounting for 3.00% of the company's total share capital; Vice General Manager He Jun plans to reduce his holdings through centralized bidding by no more than 225,000 shares, accounting for 0.04% of the company's total share capital; the total reduction for both is no more than 19.4187 million shares, accounting for 3.04% of the company's total share capital
