為進一步營造一流金融營商環境，9 月 11 日，服貿會順義金融展區重磅發佈《關於促進產業金融高質量發展的支持辦法》。金融機構發展支持方面，鼓勵新註冊金融機構發展，最高給予開辦費用資金支持 5000 萬元；支持銀行、證券、保險三類金融機構提檔升級，最高給予資金支持 500 萬元；支持金融機構穩定經營，按年度最高給予資金支持 8000 萬元；支持資產管理公司擴大業務規模，最高給予資金支持 1000 萬元；支持投資基金助力實體產業發展，最高給予資金支持 1000 萬元。企業成長支持方面，支持企業通過資本市場發展壯大，最高給予資金支持 1000 萬元；支持企業在新三板掛牌，最高給予資金支持 250 萬元；支持企業定向增發，最高給予資金支持 300 萬元；支持企業併購交易，最高給予資金支持 500 萬元。
