# LUDASHI subsidiary subscribes to RMB 50 million structured deposit product from China Merchants Bank

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, LUDASHI (03601) announced that as of the date of this announcement, the structured deposit product under agreement XLVI has matured, and the group has redeemed all principal under the structured deposit product agreement XLVI.

To fully utilize the group's idle funds for better returns, on September 11, 2025, the company's subsidiary Chengdu Mijiayou entered into a structured deposit product agreement XLVII with China Merchants Bank, under which Chengdu Mijiayou agreed to subscribe to a structured deposit product of RMB 50 million from China Merchants Bank. The subscription funds are the redeemed principal under the structured deposit product agreement XLVI
