# Phoenix Shipping: Huayuan International Land Port Group plans to reduce its holdings of no more than 3% of the company's shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Phoenix Shipping (000520.SZ) announced that its shareholder, Huayuan International Land Port Group Co., Ltd., plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 30.3624 million shares (accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after the disclosure of the reduction plan, starting from 15 trading days thereafter
