# Minfa Aluminium shareholder Huang Tianhuo plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Minfa Aluminium (002578.SZ) announced that its shareholder Mr. Huang Tianhuo holds 44,181,804 shares of the company (accounting for 4.71% of the total share capital of the company) and plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 9.3863 million shares (accounting for 1% of the total share capital of the company) through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (i.e., from October 14, 2025, to January 13, 2026)
