飛魚科技 (01022.HK) 公佈關連交易，與騰訊 (00700.HK) 附屬騰訊計算機訂立遊戲開發協議，據此，公司獲委聘基於騰訊計算機所擁有標的知識產權的一款在線遊戲開發一款小遊戲，製作費用 1,250 萬人民幣。

目前，騰訊間接持有公司總股本 14.97%。
