# Chairman and General Manager of SIERTE FERTILIZER, Yuan Qirong, plans to invest between 3 million and 6 million yuan to increase his holdings

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SIERTE FERTILIZER (002538.SZ) announced that the company's chairman and general manager Mr. Yuan Qirong, director and deputy general manager Mr. Yuan Peng, and board secretary Mr. Wu Changhao plan to increase their holdings in the company. Chairman and general manager Mr. Yuan Qirong plans to increase his holdings by no less than RMB 3 million and no more than RMB 6 million (inclusive); director and deputy general manager Mr. Yuan Peng plans to increase his holdings by no less than RMB 500,000 and no more than RMB 1 million (inclusive); board secretary Mr. Wu Changhao plans to increase his holdings by no less than RMB 250,000 and no more than RMB 500,000 (inclusive)
