# JYKJ's subsidiary plans to acquire the remaining 40% equity of Beijing Wanhe

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JYKJ (300242.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen JYKJ Wanhe Media Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shenzhen Wanhe") signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Beijing Yuzhuo Information Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Beijing Yuzhuo") on September 12, 2025. Shenzhen Wanhe will acquire 40% of the shares of Beijing JYKJ Wanhe Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Beijing Wanhe") held by Beijing Yuzhuo for 1.14 million yuan. Upon completion of the share transfer, Shenzhen Wanhe will hold 100% of the shares of Beijing Wanhe.

The purpose of this acquisition is to further implement the company's development strategy and industrial layout plan, enhance resource integration and business synergy efficiency, and strengthen the company's control over its important subsidiary in the main business of internet advertising marketing
