# 《大行》里昂：金蝶收購雲之家 62.764% 股權  加強 AI 策略

> 里昂報告指出，金蝶國際通過弘金投資以 6,825 萬人民幣增持雲之家 62.764% 股權，收購後雲之家將成為金蝶的附屬公司。金蝶認為此次收購將有助於深化其 AI 優先策略，強化 SaaS 生態系統，併為客户提供全面的產品服務。

里昂發表報告指，金蝶國際 (00268.HK) 旗下弘金投資 6,825 萬人民幣增持雲之家 62.764%。收購完成後，雲之家將成為金蝶的附屬公司。雲之家原為金蝶所有，金蝶已於 2016 年將其出售。

報告指，金蝶認為收購雲之家的好處包括，統一的 AI 入口網站深化金蝶的 AI 優先策略；強化其 SaaS 生態系統和訂閲優先策略，並協同為金蝶客户提供全套產品。
