# Tianrun Industry Technology Completes First Phase of Altai Auto Parts Acquisition; Shares Up 5%

(MT Newswires) -- Tianrun Industry Technology (SHE:002283) completed the first phase of its acquisition of Shandong Altai Auto Parts.

Shares of Tianrun Industry Technology rose 5% in recent trade.

The crankshaft manufacturing company paid 135 million yuan to acquire Shandong Altai Auto Parts, with the initial transfer giving Tianrun Industry Technology a 95% stake, according to a filing with the Shanghai bourse.

The remaining 5% stake held by Jiangsu Dongxi Engine Parts has been pledged to Tianrun Industry Technology.

Shandong Altai Auto Parts has completed registration changes and obtained a new business license.
