# SC GOLD's two major shareholders reduced their holdings, and Zijin South's equity change reached 1%

SC GOLD recently announced the implementation of share reductions by shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares, Beijing Jinyang and Zijin Nanfang. On May 22, 2025, the company disclosed a pre-announcement of the share reductions by the two shareholders. As of now, Beijing Jinyang reduced its holdings by 4.1985 million shares through centralized bidding from June 19 to September 2, with a reduction ratio of 0.9996%, an average reduction price of 24.25 yuan/share, and its holding ratio decreased to 10.5589%; Zijin Nanfang reduced its holdings by 2.4956 million shares through centralized bidding from June 16 to September 15, with a reduction ratio of 0.5942%, an average reduction price of 28.34 yuan/share, and its holding ratio decreased from 8.5819% to 7.9877%, which touches the integer multiple of 1%. This reduction is in accordance with the pre-disclosure plan, complies with relevant regulations, and the actual reduction quantity did not exceed the plan
