# ZOWEE: Xia Chuanwu's shareholding ratio has decreased to 6.66%

ZOWEE announced that the 34.5339 million shares of the company held by its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Xia Chuanwu, were judicially auctioned by the People's Court of Futian District, Shenzhen, and the transaction was completed on June 24, 2025. As of the date of this announcement, the transfer registration of the remaining 3.007 million shares has been completed. After the completion of this transfer registration, Mr. Xia Chuanwu's shareholding in the company has changed from 40.7902 million shares to 37.7832 million shares, and his shareholding ratio has changed from 7.19% to 6.66%, with a change ratio accounting for 0.53% of the company's total share capital. After this equity change, Mr. Xia Chuanwu remains the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company, and the completion of this judicial auction transfer will not lead to a change in the company's control nor will it have a significant impact on the company's governance structure and ongoing operations
