# Stonehill Technology and others established a new company engaged in integrated circuit chip-related businesses

According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Shenzhen Stonehill Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Hao Xianglin as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. The business scope includes research and development of new material technology; complete sets of nuclear power equipment and engineering technology research and development; manufacturing of superconducting materials; integrated circuit chip design and services, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Stonehill Energy Technology Co., Ltd., which is jointly held by Stonehill Technology, Tibet Stonehill Investment Management Co., Ltd., and others
