# MeiG's major shareholder partially lifted the pledge on shares on September 16

MeiG Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. announced on September 17 that its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Wang Ping, has completed the release of part of his pledged shares. On September 16, Wang Ping released three pledges, totaling 1.99 million shares, 1.38 million shares, and 1 million shares, with the pledgees being CITIC Securities, CITIC Securities, and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Shenzhen Branch, respectively. As of the announcement date, Wang Ping holds 102 million shares, accounting for 38.997%. After this release, the pledged shares amount to 26.1 million shares, which represents 25.48% of his holdings and 9.94% of the company's total share capital, with the pledged shares being unrestricted for sale and frozen
