# Two directors of YTOT plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 2.3 million shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YTOT (300790.SZ) announced that Mr. Jin Yonghong, the company's director and general manager, plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 2.2 million shares, or no more than 0.5930% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding or block trading from October 17, 2025, to January 16, 2026. Senior executive Mr. Chen Tianfu plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 100,000 shares, or no more than 0.0270% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding or block trading during the same period
