# 蜜雪冰城部分門店檸檬水斷貨，知情人士：很快恢復

近日，蜜雪冰城個別地區的部分門店檸檬水斷貨。9 月 17 日，記者從一位接近蜜雪冰城的人處瞭解到，原料波動是源於近期一批進口檸檬受天氣影響延期到港，同時川渝檸檬已經進入採摘期，因需儲存一段時間優化口感，導致了部分區域出現供應緊張的情況，但檸檬整體儲備非常充足。目前，大量進口檸檬即將到港，儲存的檸檬也經過評測滿足使用標準，陸續下發門店，檸檬缺貨情況將很快恢復。該人士稱，蜜雪冰城在檸檬供應鏈上早有深耕，通過雪王農業在安嶽、潼南等主產區建立穩定合作，兼具訂單式採購與倉儲能力。在今年國內檸檬價高猛漲期間，蜜雪冰城冰鮮檸檬水全國絕大部分地區的售價仍為 4 元，並未漲價。
