# Winbase: Zhang Xinyu pledged 6.8625 million shares

Winbase announced that Zhang Xinyu, a concerted actor of the company's controlling shareholder Zhuhai Shiyou, has pledged 6.8625 million shares to Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. Zhuhai Branch, accounting for 75.00% of his holdings and 1.69% of the company's total share capital. In addition, Zhang Xinyu has also pledged 2.2875 million shares, accounting for 25.00% of his holdings and 0.57% of the company's total share capital. The pledged shares are mainly for personal funding needs. The pledge start date is September 16, 2025, and the pledge period lasts until the date of release of the pledge registration. Mr. Zhang Xinyu has a good credit status and possesses the corresponding repayment ability, and there is no risk of forced liquidation or transfer of the pledged shares
