# Boyun New Materials' shareholder Gao Chuang Investment plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Boyun New Materials (002297.SZ) announced that its shareholder Hunan Xiangtou High-tech Venture Capital Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Gaochuangtou") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 5.73 million shares, or no more than 1% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding trading within three months after the disclosure of this announcement (from October 20, 2025, to January 19, 2026)
