TBKS HLDGS(01960.HK) 公佈，因管理層無意疏忽，漏報一項須予披露交易。今年 4 月 24 日，公司與獨立第三方 Zhongya Holdings (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.訂立協議，出售位於馬來西亞柔佛州、四幅輕工業用地，現金代價 1,146 萬令吉 (約 2,021 萬港元)。估計出售淨收益約 563 萬令吉。出售事項已於 8 月 25 日完成。
