Delegated by the leadership of the Central Organization Department, relevant comrades from the Central Organization Department announced the decision of the Party Central Committee regarding the appointment of the General Manager of China National Offshore Oil Corporation: Comrade Huang Yongzhang is appointed as the Director, General Manager, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of China National Offshore Oil Corporation, and is relieved of his position as Deputy General Manager and Party Member of China National Petroleum Corporation.
