# 保利物業與武漢特飛達成合作

> 保利物業與武漢中航通飛特種飛行器有限公司達成合作，提供樓宇管理、商業招租和營運保障服務。該合作將整合保利物業在智慧物業、精細化營運及人性化服務方面的經驗，支持中國特種飛行器研發中心的發展，推動湖北省航空工業全產業鏈的進步。

保利物業 (06049.HK) 宣佈近日與武漢中航通飛特種飛行器有限公司達成合作，保利物業將充分整合在智慧物業、精細化營運及人性化服務等經驗，為中國特種飛行器研發中心提供樓宇管理、商業招租和營運保障服務。

武漢特飛由中國航空工業集團旗下的中航通用飛機有限責任公司及中國特種飛行器研究所合資組建，而中國特種飛行器研發中心則是華中首個以航空產業為主導的綜合體項目，以通用飛機、水面飛行器、浮空飛行器研製及技術服務為牽引，預期可帶動湖北省航空工業全產業鏈發展。
