# TPV Technology: Shareholders XinGongTou and concerted parties reduced their holdings by 0.91%

TPV Technology announced that from September 1 to 19, 2025, shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares, Nanjing New Industry Investment Group Co., Ltd. and its concerted party Nanjing Electromechanical Industry Co., Ltd., collectively reduced their holdings by 41.113 million shares, accounting for 0.91% of the company's total share capital. Among them, only New Industry Investment reduced its holdings through block trading, while Nanjing Electromechanical did not reduce its holdings. The reduced shares originated from the company's non-public offering shares subscribed in 2015. After the reduction, the combined shareholding ratio of the two parties decreased from 18.91% to 17.999999%, and the equity change touched an integer multiple of 1%
