# Beijing West Cultural Tourism: Shareholder's reduction plan expired, no shares of the company were reduced

On May 29, 2025, Beijing Jingxi Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd. disclosed that its shareholder Qingdao Haifa Holdings plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 21,477,007 shares, not exceeding 3% of the company's total share capital, within three months after the announcement date, which is fifteen trading days later. Recently, the company received a notice stating that as of the announcement date, the reduction plan period has expired, and Qingdao Haifa Holdings did not reduce its holdings in the company. Before and after the reduction, the shareholder held 49,059,319 shares, accounting for 6.85% of the total share capital. This reduction does not involve any violations or breaches of commitments. The company reminds investors to rely on information from designated media and to invest rationally
