> 恆基地產今日以招標形式售出 5 夥物業，套現逾 1.57 億元。其中，啓德跑道區的豪宅項目天瀧連沽 3 夥，套現約 1.5 億元，涉及單位包括第 1 座 23 樓 B 室、第 5 座 11 樓 B 室及第 5 座 9 樓 A 室，成交價在 4,868 萬至 5,050 萬元之間。大角嘴利奧坊．曦岸亦售出兩夥，套現 800 萬元。

恆基地產 (00012.HK) 旗下項目，今日 (22 日) 以招標形式共售出 5 夥，套現逾 1.57 億元，當中啓德跑道區豪宅項目天瀧連沽 3 夥，套現約 1.5 億元，涉及單位包括第 1 座 23 樓 B 室、第 5 座 11 樓 B 室、5 座 9 樓 A 室，屬實用面積 1,258 至 1,382 平方尺的 4 房户型，成交價 4,868 萬至 5,050 萬元，實尺 3.61 萬至 3.86 萬元。

另外，大角嘴利奧坊．曦岸亦售出兩夥連平台開放式特色户，套現 800 萬元。
