# DAOMING: Non-independent director Yang Shuai resigns for personal reasons

Recently, the board of directors of DAOMING Optical Co., Ltd. received a written resignation letter from non-independent director Yang Shuai, who resigned from his position as a director of the sixth board of directors for personal reasons. After his resignation, he will no longer hold any other positions in the company and its holding subsidiaries. Yang Shuai was originally scheduled to serve until the end of the sixth board of directors.
