# Kingenta: Yang Gongqing resigns as Deputy General Manager and Financial Officer

Kingenta announced on September 23rd that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from Yang Gongqing, the company's deputy general manager, financial officer, and board secretary. Yang Gongqing applied to resign from the positions of deputy general manager and financial officer due to work adjustments. After resigning from the above positions, Yang Gongqing will still serve as the board secretary of the company. According to the Company Law and the Articles of Association, Yang Gongqing's resignation will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors
