According to the Zhitong Finance APP, FEIMA INTL (002210.SZ) announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from Mr. Huang Xiaoyun, a director and the general manager. Mr. Huang Xiaoyun has resigned from his positions as a director of the seventh board of directors, a member of the strategic committee, a member of the compensation and assessment committee, and the general manager due to personal reasons, and will no longer hold any position in the company after his resignation
