# The change of control of TUS-PHARMA has been completed, and Hunan Sailuoxian has become the controlling shareholder

On July 15, 2025, 58,606,962 shares held by TUS-PHARMA's original controlling shareholder, TUS-Kefeng, were successfully auctioned by Hunan Sailoxian. On August 6, the transfer of relevant property rights took place, and the shares were subsequently registered for transfer. The company held an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025 to elect directors, and Jiang Xin was elected as the chairman and president of the board. Based on the adjustments to the equity structure and governance structure, the company's controlling shareholder changed to Hunan Sailoxian, with Jiang Xin as the actual controller. Currently, among the shareholders holding more than 5% of the company, Hunan Sailoxian holds 24.47%, and Hengyang Hongxiang State-owned Investment Group Co., Ltd. holds 19.11%. As of the announcement date, the change of control has been completed, the company's business is stable, and there has been no significant impact
