# CCRMM plans to launch an employee stock ownership plan in 2025, with a total fundraising amount not exceeding 24.3432 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CCRMM (001296.SZ) disclosed the draft of the 2025 employee stock ownership plan, which aims to raise a total of no more than 24.3432 million yuan, involving no more than 2.16 million shares of the underlying stock. The duration of this employee stock ownership plan is 48 months, starting from the date of the company's announcement of the last transfer of the underlying stock to the employee stock ownership plan
