# ST Hifuture Technology: Signed the "Restructuring Financial Investment Agreement"

\*ST Hifuture announced that the company has signed a "Restructuring Financial Investment Agreement" with Zhi'en Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Chongqing Lizhu Enterprise Management Center, Chongqing Chuangying Zhida Pharmaceutical Information Consulting Partnership, Chongqing Shouyi Pharmaceutical Information Consulting Partnership, and Chongqing Qili Sanhe Biomedical Technology Partnership. According to the agreement, Zhi'en Biotechnology will invest at a price of RMB 1.74 per share, with an investment amount of RMB 403 million, acquiring 232 million shares of the company's capital increase, holding a 20.04% stake. Other financial investors will collectively acquire 57 million shares of the company's capital increase, paying a restructuring investment amount of RMB 105 million. The consideration for the relevant shares obtained by the restructuring financial investors is fair and reasonable, in compliance with relevant regulations
