# 國家聯合資源發盈警 預期年度公司擁有人應占虧損增至約 5000 萬至 6000 萬港元

> 國家聯合資源發佈盈警，預計截至 2025 年 6 月 30 日的年度公司擁有人應占虧損將增至約 5000 萬至 6000 萬港元，較 2024 年 6 月 30 日的虧損 862.9 萬港元大幅增加。董事會指出，虧損增加主要由於金融負債的公平值虧損約 2000 萬港元，以及上年度的其他應收款項壞賬撥回收益未能在本年度重複發生。

智通財經 APP 訊，國家聯合資源 (00254) 發佈公告，公司預期團截至 2025 年 6 月 30 日止年度將取得公司擁有人應占虧損約 5000 萬港元至 6000 萬港元，而截至 2024 年 6 月 30 日止年度則取得公司擁有人應占虧損約 862.9 萬港元。

董事會認為，本年度虧損增加主要歸因於按公平值計入損益的金融負債的公平值虧損約 2000 萬港元;及上年度取得的其他應收款項壞賬撥回收益約 2677.2 萬港元在本年度並未發生。
