# Zhejiang Zhongcheng shareholder Chen Jian plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 3%

According to the announcement from Zhixin Finance APP, Mr. Chen Jian, a shareholder holding 47,690,329 shares of Zhejiang Zhongcheng (002522.SZ), which accounts for 5.2651% of the company's current total share capital, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 27,173,400 shares (not exceeding 3% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after the fifteenth trading day from the date of the announcement (i.e., from October 24, 2025, to January 23, 2026, excluding the period during which reduction is prohibited according to relevant laws and regulations)
