# Guangnan (Group) appoints Deloitte as the new auditor

According to the announcement from Guangnan (Group) (01203), the board of directors has announced that KPMG has resigned as the company's auditor, effective September 25, 2025.

The board further announced that, based on the recommendation of the audit committee, the board has resolved to appoint Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants (Deloitte) as the new auditor of the company to fill the temporary vacancy left by KPMG's resignation. Deloitte's term will last until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting
