# NAR plans to acquire a 17.5% stake in Zhongneng Hydrogen Power and a 30% stake in Nantong Yifan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, NAR (002825.SZ) announced that the company has signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Jiaxing Hui'er Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Jiaxing Hui'er") and Shanghai NAR Hydrogen Power Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hydrogen Power" or "Target Company 1"). The company will acquire 17.5% equity of Hydrogen Power held by Jiaxing Hui'er for 5 million yuan. After the completion of this transaction, the company's shareholding in NAR Hydrogen Power will be adjusted from 82.5% to 100%.

At the same time, the company has signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Jiaxing Hui'er Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Jiaxing Hui'er") and Nantong Yifan Material Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Nantong Yifan" or "Target Company 2"). The company will acquire 30% equity of Nantong Yifan held by Jiaxing Hui'er for 6 million yuan. After the completion of this transaction, the company will hold 30% of Nantong Yifan's shares
