# YIXINTANG provides a guarantee of 20 million for its holding subsidiary Sichuan Bencao Tang

On September 26, 2025, YIXINTANG Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. announced that it recently signed a "Maximum Guarantee Contract" with the Chengdu Branch of SPD Bank to provide a joint liability guarantee of 20 million yuan for its holding subsidiary Sichuan Bencao Tang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The company's shareholders' meeting in December 2024 has approved the proposal to provide guarantees for the subsidiary's application for a comprehensive credit line of 1.368 billion yuan, and this guarantee is within the expected limit and does not require further review. Sichuan Bencao Tang's asset-liability ratio exceeded 70% at the end of 2024, but its credit is good. The company stated that this guarantee is necessary and reasonable, and other minority shareholders will provide counter-guarantees in proportion, making the risk controllable. After this guarantee, the company's and its holding subsidiaries' guarantee limit reached 1,282.27 million yuan, with an external guarantee balance of 581.5201 million yuan, accounting for 7.60% of the net assets in 2024, with no overdue guarantees
